Who we are

Data we collect

• Booking details — your name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests and any message to the host.
• Payment data — card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
• Account data — if you create an account, your login email and profile details.
• Usage data — pages visited and device/browser information, collected via cookies and Google Analytics, only with your consent.

How we use your data

• To process and manage your booking and communicate with you and the property.
• To take payment and issue refunds.
• To improve the site and, with your consent, measure traffic.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run your booking: with the property/host you book, with Stripe for payments, with Channex where a property syncs availability with channels such as Booking.com or Airbnb, and with Google Analytics where you have consented. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Email info@domiastay.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for your stay and for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
